Short, because there's little to tell.
Your calculator inputs
Every number you type into either calculator — profit, salary, occupation, filing status, state — is processed entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, stored, or logged. Financial inputs are never placed in URLs. When two tools on this site hand numbers to each other, they do it through your browser's session storage, which is deleted when you close the tab.
Analytics
We run a self-hosted instance of Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to count page views and see which features get used. It sets no cookies, collects no personal information, and the data never leaves our own infrastructure. It is not a third-party tracker. Your calculator inputs are never sent to it.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links; if you sign up with a partner after clicking one, that partner may pay us a referral fee. What happens on a partner's site is governed by their privacy policy, not ours. We record only that a link was clicked, never who clicked it.
No accounts, no email
There is nothing to sign up for, no newsletter, and no email capture. If that changes someday, it will be opt-in and this page will say so first.
